Love the messages - read them whenever I can
Customer Testimonials
I’ve certainly enjoyed them. Your helpful hints are just plain good sense—much like your recent interview with Clayton Makepeace—and I love your delivery style. Fish ‘n Chips with a dash of vinegar. Refreshing.
Please keep them coming… I don’t hear from you enough Drayton!
Long term user of your ideas – keep ‘em coming.
I attended the OS Conference this year and met you for 1 min just to say how much I enjoyed your presentation. I would like to reiterate that I found your talk inspiring.
Your ideas are working as a great checklist for my team”. When are you going to publish the book – ‘The Definitive Checklist for World Class Direct Marketing?
Thank you so much, Drayton. Thanks for your comprehensive knowledge and brilliance. And also for your generosity.
Most strange as I'm opening them each day and also filing them in a very special "Drayton Bird" folder within Outlook.
First, I want to say how much I have enjoyed your "helpful ideas" so far. And they are truly helpful. Thank you!
A quick note to thank you for your very helpful ideas! I am really looking forward to receiving each one and hope to put them into practice in my own very small business.
Love your helpful ideas and I make sure I read it every day.!
Many thanks. This is not only good. It is excellent and very very helpful.
Thought I'd just drop a thank you for the 'helpful idea' series so far. Great stuff.
Despite there being a plethora of sources to refer to on effective copywriting, we find Drayton’s top tips invaluable - highly relevant with excellent real life examples to give them context. Having already tried a number of them, I can truly say they’re one of the valuable emails in my inbox! I regularly refer to them when preparing and conducting training and coaching with my global team.
I'd like to offer my sincere thanks for all the hard work you've put into creating and sharing with us your 51 success tips, you've made a real difference to our business.
Thank you very much for such awesome tips. Your thoughts are like an isle of common sense in a sea of BS.
First, can I say how much I am enjoying your helpful hints - and fascinatedly comparing them with some of Seth Godin's ideas.
Just a quick thank you for the emails. I have really enjoyed reading them and really liked the regularity of them which I have no doubt helped some of the tips to sink in.
I've been enjoying your excellent helpful tips over the last three weeks - a refreshing change to some of the e-zines and newsletters I'm inclined to receive in my line of work.
As usual all good stuff. I think I almost salivate in anticipation of reading your tips... don't get me started on the video you sent!
I enjoy receiving your 'Helpful Ideas' which I've always found thought provoking and profitable.
…certainly very useful and refreshing! I like it, and always have, because its feet are on the ground and its head isn't in the clouds or disappearing anywhere far worse - unlike a lot of stuff one hears & sees about marketing and creativity.
Please don't stop these! Its the only news email in my inbox I stop to actually read and have encouraged all my staff to sign up for it. Fantastic email series. Please don't stop.
Interestingly the effect of reading them one after the other is warmer than day by day. No doubt ‘Bird Droppings’ is as entertaining as your seminars I have personally attended.
“And thanks! For the pdf and helpful ideas. The first 2 have been worth the "subscription" alone.
Thank you for sending through all your helpful ideas, they have been great and I have read every one. I'm afraid I can't remember which of your Helpful Ideas in particular were most helpful, but I can say that in every one there was at least one point when I said "that is so right" or "shame our agency didn't understand that basic concept. I love that fact that you are very no nonsense in your approach, as marketing is really just common sense and hard graft. Nothing magic or even glamorous.
Hi, Thanks for your informative emails – I am really enjoying them.
Am loving your helpful ideas
As a copywriter who works with account managers who love to try to second guess our clients, I was delighted to read your 'Why guess when you can know?' article. I even put the line under the nose of my company director - to ram my point home. Thanks for putting it in such a way that I could broach the subject with the boss. As opposed to just have a giggle with the rest of the studio.
I am enjoying your messages greatly, and there is no note of incompetence in the content (OK, one small slip-up when that photo was reversed) - quite well done, in my opinion.
